​Q: Is This an insurance plan?

A: No, this is not an insurance plan. Our discount plans provide you with discounted prices on a wide range of healthcare services and products; you will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

Q:​ What types of plans does Prodigy Health Plus offer?

A: Prodigy Health Plus offers a variety of health discount plans, including the standard health care discount plan, remote TeleCare plan, pet plan, and adaptive lifestyle plan.

Q: How can I enroll multiple people under the same plan?

A: Each plan will ask you to fill out a form regarding the person(s) enrolled. For the Health, Pet, Telehealth, and Lifestyle plans, they are limited to one person/pet per plan. For the Elite plan, you may include all family members in your household. If you are trying to enroll more recipients than a single plan allows, then you will have to purchase multiple plans.

Q: How can I enroll in a Prodigy Health Plus plan?

A: Enrolling in a Prodigy Health Plus plan is easy. Scroll up to the top and find the "SIGN UP" button. Click on it and choose the plan you want to purchase on the following page. Follow the instructions and at the end, we will send a confirmation email to confirm your purchase!

Q: How does a discount plan work?

A: First, you can find participating providers by using the online provider search. You can also try calling +1 (888) 722-1247 After confirming the provider's continued participation when making an appointment, members just show their membership card at the time of service. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the provider.

Q: Can I use my membership card when I travel away from home?

A: Yes, your Prodigy Health Plus membership card can be used at any participating provider in the United States. All you need is your member ID number to receive your savings.

Q: How long will it take me to get into the system after I sign up?

A: After you have successfully become a member (either by joining on the website or calling +1 (888) 722-1247) you will be entered into our system immediately and receive your member ID number the same day when you call to receive it. Then, you'll receive your membership materials and membership cards in about 7-10 business days via mail.

Q: If my doctor or dentist refers me to a specialist who is not in the network, do I still get a discount?

A: You will only receive a discount by going to a participating provider. You might try printing out a list of participating providers to share with your doctor or dentist to see if he/she could recommend any of the participating specialist locations.

Q: What if I don't have my membership card?

A: If you need a membership card, please call +1 (888) 722-1247, or for faster service, email us at info@prodigyelitegroup.com.

Q: What if I feel the provider overcharged me?

A: You can send a copy of your bill and a written letter to: Prodigy Health Plus, Attn: Provider Relations, 725 Dunlawton Ave. #291805 Port Orange, FL 32127. They will investigate your inquiry, and you will be contacted regarding the findings.
